• Dan was formerly the President of Seko Worldwide from 1976 to 1997 with revenues in excess of $100 million when it was sold to US Freightways, Inc. Seko Worldwide was the recipient of the INC. 500 award three times for one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S.
• Dan's career continued as the President, CEO and Group President of USF Worldwide Division of US Freightways, Inc. from 1998 - 2000. Revenue grew to more than $250 million.
• Dan founded Concert Group Logistics, LLC (CGL) in June of 2001 and successfully built a team that grew CGL into an operation generating $47 million in revenue in 2007, with 24 independently owned stations. CGL was successfully sold to Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. in January of 2008.
• Dan was appointed to the Board of Directors of Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. in February 2008 and currently serves on the Acquisition Committee.
• Dan participates in The Para Family Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (EIN# 58-2657190) founded by his brother, Bob.
• Dan is currently a Founder and Vice-Chairman of Burr Ridge Bank & Trust and a partner in Para Brothers, LLC, which focuses on strategic investments in commercial real estate.
• Dan founded Dan Para Investments, LLC in 2007 as an “angel investment vehicle”.

• Bob worked for UPS for 30 years and was the former vice president and general manager of UPS Worldwide Logistics.
• Bob founded The Para Family Charitable Foundation in 2001, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (EIN# 58-2657190).
• Bob is the managing member of the Para Brothers Real Estate Development Company formed in 2005.
• Bob is a founder of the Burr Ridge Bank and Trust and serves as the Bank’s Chair of the marketing committee.
• Bob is a partner in Dan Para Investments, LLC., an angel investment company.
John Musolino - DPI -
• John is a Principal of Avondale Capital Advisors, a consulting firm he founded that provides strategic and corporate finance advisory services to independent and private equity sponsored middle market businesses in a range of industries.
• While at Avondale, John has worked on a range of projects that include; buy and sell-side advisory engagements, principal investing, start-up formation and financing, and strategic and financial consulting assignments.
• Previously, John was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at True North Communications, Inc, a $1.5 billion publicly traded marketing services holding company. While at True North, John led a number of internal growth and restructuring initiatives and held the lead advisory role on over twenty domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Prior to True North, John was in the Global Corporate Finance Group of Arthur Andersen where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and business strategy issues, and First Union Corporation (now Wachovia) where he marketed and underwrote credit, investment banking and cash management products.
• John has served as a Director of; Concert Group Logistics, a third party logistics provider, Aquent Marketing Staffing, and Five Tool Marketing, a marketing services business. John holds a Masters of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.

• Gary performs administrative duties requiring initiative, independence and confidentiality in more than one area of the office management, fiscal management, customer relations, and other specialized services.
• Gary coordinates activities for a variety of meetings, conferences, committees and special projects.
• Gary assists in the design, development and updating of our website.
• Gary provides detailed administrative and clerical support to our members.
